So proud....

So let me first just say that I am 110% bias from all other husbands, fathers, spouses, bread winners, etc....so this is my moment to brag just for a sec.
A few weeks ago Aaron came to me and said that they were ordering their graduation announcements, I said oh cool, did you order yours??? His reply, NO. I looked a little confused, and then he said in the sweetest voice...I was hoping if I asked really nice that you could make them for my graduation? :) Well how on earth can I say no to that? So the other day I headed off with a design that we both thought of and ended up at Craft Warehouse. We have been having so much fun putting them together. Aaron is super talented...he free-handed the Nursing writing on the invites...they look amazing. We have them all cut out and several put together, but not all done yet. So...stay tuned and wait for your FABULOUS homemade invite soon to arrive. :)
So here is the part I brag...my husband is almost 33 years old, that's not the part that's good...lol. My point is this....we have been married for almost 12 years coming up, he waited a few years into our marriage to decide what he wanted to do and be when he "grew" up. So in the mean time he worked good jobs and provided well for us. You cant rush someone to start college when they aren't ready, it just cant and wont work. So several years ago, he came to me and said I'M READY TO START. When you start at his age, you basically jump in feet first. So that's what we did, he worked full time and went to school part time at first then full time to get done faster. During this time of school we have been and done alot. We have moved SEVERAL times, our family has grown by SEVERAL more children and another to come (luckily after hes done), we have been poor, we have been blessed, we have faced some HARD times, times in which I wouldn't ever want to go back to, but all in all we have learned so much, we have gained so much, and we have loved so much. For that it has all been worth it. Not to mention, he now has a degree and an awesome future ahead.
I am so lucky. He has worked so hard to get through Nursing school. It is a long intense program that you do FULL time while still working, being Dad, and still being husband. He has done awesome. I am thrilled with all that hes done and all that hes accomplished. I cant wait for this journey to end, and the next to begin...and having some money finally does make it sound even better....LOL.
So on June 19th I will be celebrating my husbands amazing accomplishments, and cheering him on. Gosh, I love him. :)
Thanks for letting me brag..
