How to be Happier:
1. Stop worrying about your weaknesses.
2. Don't try to get motivated to exercise.
3. Stop trying to find friends.
4. Don't try to be happy (be grateful instead).
5. Celebrate failure-TRY IT!!
6. Don't practice resisting temptation-practice distraction...feed your real hungers.
7. Don't endure to the end-life is to be enjoyed, not endured. Savor everyday delights.
These are some great tips for happiness from one of the amazing women that spoke at Time Out. I loved this talk. It was great and gave such great and essential words to live by ideas and motivation. :)
