Our BIG Boy!

So today was a routine Doctor appointment for the baby and myself, they did the usual...weigh you...ugh...ask questions. tell you what tests they need to do this week, and of course the famous measuring of the stomach and listening to his/her heartbeat. So his heartbeat was great, however I am measuring HUGE...so the doctor and nurse were both in there and immediately sent me for an ultrasound, well the good news is he's healthy and fine, but just a chunk, he's already 3 pounds, he's almost measuring three weeks ahead of schedule, so the old saying the more you gain in during pregnancy the bigger the baby, not true, to date, I've gained 3 pounds, so that's not it...he is just BIG. So I get to go back quite often for routine ultrasounds to monitor him and myself. Scream yay! I go back May 29th for a 4 D Ultrasound which is pretty phenomenal from what I hear.
Anyway, just wanted to keep you all updated hope everyone is doing great...p.s. I'm working on the name with Aaron, Eben isn't getting rave revues. LOL

Aaron's getting his LPN

In June Aaron will be getting his LPN so mark your calendars. I believe its June 14th at 3:00 we just got invitations so I will be sending them off soon so everyone can plan for it.
Scream yay for him. Im so proud of him, he's worked so hard. We have just a year left of the Nursing Program and then he'll have his LPN and his RN. Which is double the bonus!

Im so sorry I forgot to tell you his name didnt I? Dont worry Heather is on the case and quickly reminded and asked what it is. His name (so far) is Eben or Ebyn Robert Moses. Aaron hasnt decided how he wants to spell it. All the girls have a Y in their name so he liked the idea of keeping with the tradition but then he also likes the idea of having his own name you know? I like his name I just liked a few a little more, so we'll see!!!

Something to look forward to

So today Aaron had to have minor surgery on his toe, and I am one day closer to having this little boy....I am 25 weeks as of now, so I only have 15 weeks give or take. YAY!!
He's finally starting to show some action, getting more aggressive in the kicks and is pretty much on my schedule which is so funny. When I'm awake, so is he, when I sleep or sit to relax he totally does too. I hope that his personality stays, but I'm sure I have yet more to find out about him.
Aaron did choose a name for him FINALLY, my mother doesn't like it, but then again she didn't like Avery either and that grew on her, so perhaps by the time he comes she will like it more. If not like I told her, oh well, hes my kid....LOL.

OF ALL THE LUCK!

So on Tuesday I got my wedding ring sized so I could finally start wearing it again....scream ya! Today though we are at the park and I feel something sharp on my ring, so I turn my hand over to look and just then a diamond falls out....yep you read that right. Can you even believe that? Luckily with my Mothers help she found it on the ground, how I don't know, and I took it back to the Jewelers where they said they would fix for free, then when I get there they said that it isn't there fault and that to fix it, its going to cost ME!! Needless to say its there hopefully get fixed. I just couldn't believe my luck and that they are charging me!! What???

Growing Up!

Well today Avery convinced her Dad to take off her training wheels to her bike, needless to say shes a pro-she swerved a little and was off never needing help and has yet to fall. She seriously is so good, you'd think she's been doing it for months. We went to the park today and she rode and rode and rode. Our big, brave girl!
