Happy Birthday Celebration at Red Robin.....

We had a fabulous time taking Carys out for her annual Mom and Dad dinner date of her picking (Red Robin second year) for her Birthday celebration. We had so much fun. She is so sweet. :)

My sweet baby girl is 10 years old today...

This sweet little angel blessed our lives 10 years ago today. She has been every ounce of happiness I knew she would be. She continues to amaze me. She is sweet, loving, funny, super smart, she pushes herself, she does choir, volleyball, plays the violin, attends church, activity day girls, shes a great student, an amazing big sister, friend, daughter, she keeps me shaking my head at times...LOL, but everyday I thank my Heavenly Father for his greater plan for me. She was my greatest "mistake" I ever made. She brought back my faith in people, religion, my marriage, everything. She is all things wonderful and good. I treasure her. I am grateful for her. I am lucky to be her Mother. :) Happy Birthday Avery Elizabeth! I hope your day was magical like you are!

She got new bedding for her bed like she wanted, Ill have to take a picture its super cute and completely her. She also got a new MP3 player, plus we are headed to our annual dinner with Mom and Dad she has picked Famous Dave's for her restaurant, I cant wait. :)

My sweet little boy is growing up....

I finally did it, I took Eben out of his toddler bed. Technically he is my only child that didn't go right from a crib to a twin, so I'm actually a little behind, we were trying to save on space until the boys got older so I just kept him in the toddler bed, until recently. So here is his new residence. He LOVES it. He is pretty proud of it. We only bought one mattress right now because Brinton is only 18 months old and we have some time before we need one, plus we didn't want everyone climbing on top. So far its working out. His room is the new "hot spot" but they stay off the ladder which is good. So exciting. Sniff, sniff. He is so precious. :)

Happy Love Day!

I have some pretty amazing loves in my life, so I had to let them know. I always get them something, and this year was no different. :) I also made them each their own "I love you book" for the kids I did my top 20 things I love about them. For Aaron I did my Top 100 things I love about him. They turned out great. I read Eben his whenever he wants and he thinks its pretty cool which is perfect if he likes it. I just want them to know I love them for all their imperfections and all their quirks, those are the most perfect things about them...I hope everyone had an amazing day with their Lovers/children/friend/anyone, as long as it was your "perfect" day it doesnt matter who it was spent with.

New furniture/storage

So long over due...I love my new storage shelves they are fabulous. I love the entertainment center, its perfect. I love Costco what can I say.

Baptism/Party...what an awesome day!

 Perfection...

Isnt she gorgeous? I know Im a little prejudice!
Yes, she was crying, but she was okay I promise, I didnt have to shove her in the water, she just had a moment...so sweet.
Thanks Aunt Heather for the awesome and very pink towel, it is sooo Carys...LOL
Thank you Uncle Ethan for playing the piano, for Grma Jodi and Dad for singing

Carys and Hallie...arent they the cutest cousins? Hallie was super cute and had to get her picture taken with Carys.

Thank you Great Grma and Grpa Flesher for the beautiful locket you gave her..she loves it.

After a beautiful baptism for Miss Carys, we had everyone that could and wanted to come over join us in a celebration for her BIG day. It was so nice. It was standing room only. Everyone came by and helped her celebrate. We appreciated it so much. It was wonderful to have so many family and close friends come. Thank you all!

Carys Elyse turns 8...wow where did the time go?

Have any of you heard Carys' birth story? Probably some. Hers is one of just as she was to come, when she was conceived, and how she was delivered....fast! I knew immediately with Carys I was supposed to get pregnant with her, I felt such an urgency with her, nothing like I can explain, it was intense, long story, but we started just as soon as we could, and BOOM 3 weeks later she was conceived, I never even missed a period with her. I knew she was supposed to come, she was that IMPORTANT to our family, not that any of our kids aren't important but with her I knew she had a special purpose, I'm not sure other than obvious reasons what the exact reason is I just know she is supposed to be here with us. When I couldn't feel her on a Saturday, then a Sunday, then on a Monday my Dr at the time said sorry you need to head right to the hospital, I knew just as I did when I felt the spirit to have her that I needed to listen. I had her 13 hours later with a rough delivery, alot of amniotic fluid swallowed a trip down the hall a few times with the nurses, she was finally over the hump/scare. She has been my sweet, shy, reserved, lovable, beautiful little girl, who is feisty, mouthy at times, so affectionate, helpful, OCD, a hoarder, all the wonderful things that she is, but boy am I blessed for having her, everyday I feel I reap the benefits of being her Mother.

Since its tradition when they turn 8 they get their own set of quad scriptures with their name on it. She also got new bedding, and dinner out with her parents (tradition). They get to go alone with Aaron and I and choose a restaurant of their choice. Its great fun, something that my parents did with us, that I loved. It was fabulous.

Blessed.....

I was lucky to have been able to attend my nephew Dennis' Court of Honor. It was such a rewarding evening. Im sure he felt so proud of himself, but I could tell by his parents faces, they were feeling very blessed to have him as their son...it was evident, it was humble, it was sweet. Dennis is one of those that finds you, hugs you, thanks you for coming, or says how good it is to see you, or whatever it is. When or if  Im in the foyer at church when they come into their ward he always greets me with a warm and loving hug and says hello to Brinton and I. I sure am a proud Aunt to know this very amazing human that I get to call family. :) Congrats Dennis!

So cold...burr...but oh so fun...

I am one of those crazy people that loves the snow. I love the way it looks, I love how it is a perfect night light shining of white through my bedroom window at night, I love that my kids think its amazing...I love it. We dont get snow like this often, so when we do....we play! :) So fun!
