So this sweet 2nd grader, my daughter decided that because her Uncle Tyson was coming home from Afghanistan she would have her whole class write letters welcoming him home. And because she has such an amazing and wonderful teacher (Mrs. Anderson) she of course was on board. So when she gave them to Tyson he of course was so impressed he called me that night and asked me if he could go to her class the next day and surprise her and her class. It was so sweet, I'm not gonna lie it was a moment a mom is super proud of.  Her teacher was crying, I was crying, his wife Stacey, it was touching. It was so sweet. One of those tender mercies in my life where I am being taught by my 8 year old. It was great the class asked questions that I didn't know. It was such a great experience.
