My Mom has this newspaper on her fridge that she's had on there for...forever. It says this. "Before I married I had six theories on raising children, now I have six children and no theories." She has six kids as well which is funny!
I'm crazy about my kids. It is great to be their Mom and to be able to be entrusted with them. I feel the same as that saying though no theories work after you have kids. You may try to do things perfectly with your first but after the second and third it all goes out the window. LOL Which isn't so bad to wing it a little. All I know is that as long as we include our Heavenly Fathern in all decisions it doesn't matter what I thought or planned before I had kids. I love them I pray for them and I am lucky!!
